Can I change my SendMoney $Tag?
You can change your SendMoney $Tag a maximum of once every 30 days. To change your $Tag:
- Log into the Xpectations! Plus app and navigate to Move Money, then select SendMoney.
- Select the person icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select the pencil icon next to your SendMoney $Tag.
- Choose one of the three new $Tag options presented and select Confirm.
- Then you will need to verify your identity by selecting either your phone number or email to receive a verification code and select Continue.
- Enter the code you received and select Verify Code.
- You will see a confirmation screen that your $Tag has been assigned. Select Continue to be directed back to the SendMoney home screen.
- A confirmation will be sent to the email address on file once the $Tag has been updated.
