Where can I learn if I am eligible for SSI Social Security Benefits?

Government payments are generally received before 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time / 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Please remember that we always post direct deposits as soon as we receive them as long as your account is active and in good standing. Xpectations!® Plus often receives direct deposits from the Social Security Administration before the scheduled payment date shown on the Social Security SSI calendar provided by the US Treasury. As soon as Xpectations! Plus receives these deposits, we post the SSI payment on your Xpectations! Plus account, to get your money to you as soon as possible. Xpectations! Plus has no control over when we receive direct deposits from the government or any other payment providers.
To set up direct deposit for your SSI payments, please log in to your account to get your Xpectations! Plus routing and account number. Then, call Social Security at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778) to request direct deposit. If you do not have a Xpectations! Plus account, you can open an account at a participating PLS store and set up direct deposit for early payments.
