How can we help?
How do I activate the card I got in the mail?
You can activate your debit card by logging in to your account at PLScard.com or the app and following the prompts. You’ll be asked to create a PIN and provide some info so we can verify your identity, including:
– Last 4 digits of your debit card number
– Expiration date
– 3-digit security code (found on the back of your card)
– Last 4 digits of your Social Security number or your ID number such as TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID type
We’re required to collect this information in accordance with The USA PATRIOT Act — a Federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies anyone who successfully opens an account with us.
You can also activate your debit card by phone at: (855) 826-5070
If you received a debit card by mail, you can activate at PLScard.com/start or by phone at: (855) 826-5070
You’ll need to activate your card and add money to your account before you can start using it.
