How do I opt in to overdraft protection?
Log in to the Xpectations! Plus app or PLScard.com and find “Overdraft protection” in the menu. Follow the directions to opt in and accept the terms and conditions of overdraft protection. Remember, you must meet the direct deposit eligibility requirements before you can opt in to overdraft protection.
There are two ways to opt in to overdraft protection once eligible - the Xpectations! Plus app or PLScard.com
1) Xpectations! Plus app
– Log into your account
– Tap Learn more in the Overdraft Protection section on the home screen
– Tap the opt in to overdraft protection
– After reviewing the Overdraft Protection Agreement, tap the Agree and opt In button to opt in to overdraft protection.
Or
2) PLScard.com
– Log into your account
– Select Overdraft Protection on the home screen
– Select the opt in to overdraft protection
– After reviewing the Overdraft Protection Agreement, Select the Agree and opt In button to opt in to overdraft protection.
Remember, you must meet the direct deposit eligibility requirements before you can opt in to overdraft protection. Coverage is based on your direct deposits, overdraft; activity, and account status.
